Tom Dixon collaborated with pioneering automotive brand Audi for the launch of the new A8 model. As part of Design Miami/ 2009, Tom Dixon through Design Research Studio, presented "Light Light" an installation of over 100 specially designed aluminium polyhedral lights and helium balloons spanning 130 square metres of the Audi arena.
Inspired by the Audi A8, the Tom Dixon Etch Light Web pendants represent all of the important design features of the vehicle. They are light-weight, yet incredibly strong. They are made using quality craftsmanship, represent a high level of innovation and are made with technical precision.
